At RuYiShop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals fully intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following types of goods cannot be returned: Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics), custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and digital gift cards.
3. Refunds for Specific Issues
Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive an item completely different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged due to transit issues, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement at no extra charge.
Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once inspected at our warehouse, a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed.
Lost Packages: If your tracking status has not updated for over 30 business days, or if the carrier officially declares the package as lost, we will issue a full refund or reship your order.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email us at help@cttbtc.com with your Order Number. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without prior authorization, as this may delay or invalidate your refund.
