At RuYiShop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals fully intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following types of goods cannot be returned: Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics), custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and digital gift cards.

3. Refunds for Specific Issues

  • Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive an item completely different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged due to transit issues, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once inspected at our warehouse, a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status has not updated for over 30 business days, or if the carrier officially declares the package as lost, we will issue a full refund or reship your order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at help@cttbtc.com with your Order Number. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without prior authorization, as this may delay or invalidate your refund.
